The Pillars
Youth Theater
at The Seeing Place
Training young artists to tell meaningful stories with excellence, integrity, and heart.
At The Pillars Youth Theater, we believe every student is uniquely gifted with purpose and creativity. Through auditioned productions and leadership tracks for students ages 13–18, students grow in skill, character, and community.
Each season, we offer:
Four fully realized productions in the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Theater Program
Each production holds auditions open to performers ages 13 through 18 or students in 9th-12th grade.
Weekly rehearsals (Wednesdays & Thursdays, 4–6 pm)
Opportunities for student leadership, tech crew, and mentorship
A focus on collaboration, excellence, and storytelling that matters
Classes coming in 2026 for Middle School.
This Program Is For:
Students who are . . .
Passionate about theater
Willing to commit to the rehearsals, program, pillars, and process we have created
Ready to grow in skill, confidence, and responsibility
Open to learning both onstage and offstage
Ready to be a part of a robust learning community who tell amazing stories and are ready to see themselves and others in the stories we tell
The Pillars Youth Theater is rooted in seven values that guide every production, rehearsal, and decision we make.

Something special happens when young people come together to create.
In a world that feels distracted and anxious, The Pillars Youth Theater offers a place to slow down, focus, and find real connection. Our next production we bring to the stage is the musical Godspell. It is an energetic, hope-filled musical that celebrates joy, community, and grace.
If you’re longing for connection, friendship, and a place to display your talents, join us at GODSPELL!
ABOUT THE SHOW:
A small group of people helps Jesus Christ tell various parables through a mix of games, storytelling techniques, and a generous dose of comic timing. An eclectic array of songs, ranging from pop to vaudeville, accompanies the story of Jesus' life as it unfolds on stage. Seamlessly dissolving into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion, Jesus' messages of kindness, tolerance, and love come vividly to life.
Coming to The Pillars
A story of joy, friendship, & light.
A community where you belong.
