Because The Pillars Youth Theater is a non-profit, volunteer-led program, students who are cast in the production contribute a participation fee that helps cover the direct costs of the production.
This fee supports items such as:
• play licensing and rights
• costumes
• set materials
• props
• rehearsal resources
• mentorship and training for student leaders
No teachers, directors, or staff receive compensation. All adults serving in this program volunteer their time in order to make these productions possible.
